- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree’s in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- 3 internship position (s) for duration of 3 months / 6 months (s) ( March 2018 to December 2018 )
- Areas of responsibilities :
- To arrange daily prepayment to hotel / supplier via credit card / SCB online payment or SCB TT according to payment deadline,
- To follow up tax invoices with reservation staff or hotel / supplier after guest check out / service rendered.
- To do adjustment in system once received tax invoice.
- To arrange monthly payment to credit hotels, FHR payment, Bank reconciliation, interco, prepayment hotel, logistic assigment, internal drives and guides commisions, allowance and etc.
- Qtech new system implementation.
