Penang Bird Park was established in 1988, this park has more than 300 species of birds from all over the world, and more than 150 species are from Malaysian Species. A total of 3,000 species of birds in this park are housed in more than 150 cages for breeding and conservation purposes.

There are also 2 Geodesic Domes and 2 giant-sized Walk-in-Aviaries that house hundreds of domesticated birds that give visitors the experience of seeing different types of birds around the world. The Penang Bird Park is very proud of its collection of hornbills, sunbirds and pheasants. Penang Bird Park is a bird park that is loved by ornithologists as well as bird lovers of all ages.

Attractions

Built in the concept of a garden, this garden has a beautiful landscape with a diverse collection of interesting types of flowers. Stagnant waterfalls and natural ponds with aquatic animals in them make the scenery even more beautiful. Visitors can observe from the Chinese-style wooden bridge that spans the water or relax in the small Malay huts that decorate the garden to enjoy the beauty of nature while playing.
