Job Description:

Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefit, training and development, performance management and employee relations

Manage the performance management process to achieve continuous improvement in staff performance and business result

Implement training and development programmes to equip and develop employees capable to meet business objectives

Responsible for the administration functions of the company

Requirement:

Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or equivalent

Enthusiasm for the field of human resources in the recruitment function.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good command of spoken and written English

Highly detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment

Self-motivation, strong time management and organizational skills

 

Contract length: 6 months

Expected Start Date: Immediate

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: From RM500.00 per month
